Pay My Bill

We offer several ways to pay your utility bill. Please view the following methods:

  1. Bank Bill Pay
  2. Electronic Funds Transfer
  3. In Person
  4. Online

Many banks and credit unions offer online bill paying services through their website. This may be a great solution to keep track of all of your bill payments, but please note that it usually takes 5-7 business days to reach us. Call your bank or credit union and ask how their bill-pay service works.  When setting up Bank Bill Pay use the format Customer #-Account#.  Example: 1234-567890

To make a credit card payment over the phone:  Call 425-487-4100, when prompted press "8". You will need to enter your Customer Number and Account Number, both can be found on your billing statement.  DOXO is the District’s third party administrator and charges a fee for this service.  DOXO allows you receive online statements and pay your bill with a credit card, debit card and pay free with a bank account.
