Pay My Bill
If you feel you will have difficulty paying your bill, please contact our customer service staff at 425-487-4100.
To make a payment through DOXO’S automated phone system, call 425-487-4100 and press “8” when prompted or call DOXO’s automated line directly at 425-368-3208. Enter your Customer Number and payment amount when prompted.
We offer several ways to pay your utility bill. Please view the following methods:
- Bank Bill Pay - Your bank may offer bill pay, which can take approximately 5-7 days. When setting up bill pay with your bank, please use the format customer number. Example: 123456.01
- Electronic Funds Transfer - The District offers automatic payment through your checking or savings account. To set this up, download and complete the form Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization Agreement for Payments and return to the District office with a canceled check. Any future bills will be paid automatically on each bill due date.
- In Person - For your convenience we have a payment drop box in our parking lot. NO CASH PAYMENTS PLEASE.
- Mail - You can mail your check or money order payment to:
