Sign up for the
Woodinville Water District Backflow Assembly Testing
Program. The District would perform the State of
Washington required annual backflow test for your
assembly and bill the cost to your account. The cost
is $60 per assembly, this would include the initial
test, cleaning or repair if needed and the retest.
The homeowners is responsible to replace the
assembly if it fails and cannot be repaired. The
program is for residential customers only and the
assemblies cannot be inside a building. Fill out the
Backflow Testing Application Form and submit it to
the District by mail, fax (425) 487-4189 or email
waterquality@woodinvillewater.com.
